Biography: I grew up in rural Stet, Missouri and graduated from high school there. I attended MU and obtained an Animal Science bachelor's degree. After graduation, I moved to Iowa and worked at National Pork Producers Council, which is where i met my husband, Ryan. We moved back to this area and married and I returned to school for my Bachelor's degree in nursing from William Jewell College. I worked as a registered nurse at Liberty Hospital in the orthopedic and pediatric units, and at Ray County in the ER, surgery, and home health units. During this time I also attended Graceland University and obtained my Master's degree in Nursing. My husband and I live near Stet on a small acreage and have two young sons, Brock and Kaston.
