Admissions and Billing

In order for us to properly authorize and submit the bills to your insurance provider we request that patients provide current insurance cards at the time of registration.  Should these not be available the care provided may be the responsibility of the patient.

All of your health care costs are not covered by all insurance providers. Rather, insurance providers only pay for covered items and services when regulations and rules are met. The fact that insurance providers may not pay for a particular item or service does not mean that you should not receive it.  There may be a good reason your doctor to have recommended it.  Should we believe that your insurance provider will not pay for the item(s) or service(s) that have been requested a cost estimate will be provided to you and your rights and responsibilities explained prior to non-emergent services being completed.

Questions and concerns regarding billing and payments should be directed to the business office at 660-542-1695.
