Personal Belongings

…If you have anything stored in the hospital safe, please notify your nurse and a member of the office staff will bring your belongings to you.

Medications

If you brought your medications from, the pharmacy staff will bring the to you.  If your doctor gives you a prescription, it may be called in to your pharmacy for your convenience.

Home Health Care

This is a full service Medicare-certified home care agency, which supplies nurses/nurse-aides, and therapists for home health care in the surrounding areas.

Home Medical Equipment

A wide range of medical equipment supplies and oxygen equipment is available to assist you in your home.  There are a number of companies for you to chose from who provide these services.  Your social worker or respiratory therapist will provide you with a list of providers for your needs.  Once you have chosen your provider, they will handle the arrangements.

Patient Survey

You may receive a patient survey asking you about your experience while admitted at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. We strive to provide you with excellent medical care, this survey is an important way to let us know how we did.  Please take the time to complete the survey and return it to us. Your comments and suggestions are important to us!

Hospital Bill and Insurance

If You Have No Insurance
A hospital representative from the Accounting Department will discuss financial arrangements with you.  The Social Services Department is also available to assist you in obtaining information for Medicaid or other government assistance programs.
