Special Services


Living Will and Advance Directives

CCMH Social Services Department can assist you with completing the forms which give your healthcare team instructions on how to handle

Patient Education

Members of the CCMH healthcare team are called upon to provide education for you during your stay. These members will spend time with you and your family speaking to you regarding your health-related needs. Support materials such as videos, brochures or handouts may be used. Please do not hesitate to ask questions, understanding what is going on with your care is your right.

Mail Service

CCMH staff deliver letters and packages for patients each afternoon. Letters and parcels that arrive for you after you have been discharged are forwarded to your home. Outgoing mail may be left at the nurses’ station or front desk (appropriate postage required).

Floral Deliveries

CCMH staff will deliver your floral arrangements. Please keep in mind that large plants and floral arrangements are difficult to deliver, display and remove upon discharge.

Notary Public

CCMH provides the services of a notary for patients free of charge. Please contact your nurse to arrange this service for you.

Communication Needs

Please notify the nurse immediately so that arrangements can be made to accommodate communication needs i.e. language board, interpreter, etc.
