Jefferson Park is an Independent Living Center, located on Jefferson Park Drive adjacent to CCMH Wellness Center and the multi-disciplined health services of Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
The new CCMH 4 Corners Cafe is connected by a secure, weatherproof hallway and provides numerous opportunities for residents to enjoy social activities.
Living units are rented with no large upfront payments required. A security deposit is required along with the 1st and 12th month's rent.
Services and Features Provided to All Living Unit Residents include:
- Air conditioning and heating
- Electricity, water and sewer
- Building and grounds maintenance
- Housekeeping service twice per month
- Availability of laundry facilities and stackable washer/dryer in apartment
- Planned activities - social, cultural, educational, recreational and spiritual - for those who are willing to participate
- Use of all Wellness Center facilities - walking track, indoor pool during scheduled hours
- Kitchen which includes refrigerator, range with hood and oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal
- Parking for you and your guests
