Foundation

The Foundation annually offers scholarships to local high school students interested in the healthcare field. Additionally, it provides a scholarship to a student who is continuing their education in a health-related field.

CCMH Foundation Healthcare Scholarship

Carroll County Memorial Hospital Foundation proudly sponsors annual scholarships for students interested in healthcare-related careers. The scholarships are available for students entering any college or specialized healthcare professional school in the fall. Awards are $500 each.

If you wish to apply for this scholarship, please speak with your counselor or staff member who handles scholarships at your school. The scholarship is available to students attending Carrollton R-VII, Norborne R-VIII, Tina-Avalon R-II, Hale R-1, Bosworth R-V, Brunswick R-II, Santa Fe R-X.

Tindle Family Scholarship

The Jack L. Tindle Scholarship transitioned to the Tindle Family Scholarship to honor the legacies of both Jack and Jeff Tindle for the combined 47 years they lead Carroll County Memorial Hospital. The scholarship provides a minimum of one $1,000 scholarship annually to a high school senior pursuing a degree in a health-related field.

If you wish to apply for this scholarship, please speak with your counselor or staff member who handles scholarships at your school. The scholarship is available to students attending Carrollton R-VII, Norborne R-VIII, Tina-Avalon R-II, Hale R-1, Bosworth R-V, Brunswick R-II, Santa Fe R-X.

Dr. Marvin “Pete” Ross Scholarship

The Dr. Marvin “Pete” Ross Scholarship was established to honor the 45 years Dr. Ross served our communities as a family practice physician. This scholarship will grant $1,000 annually to a student who is continuing his or her education in a health-related field and is already enrolled in college or a specialized healthcare professional school.
