Carroll County Memorial Hospital Always Working to Improve Patient Satisfaction

CARROLLTON, Mo. -- Carroll County Memorial Hospital has partnered with Press Ganey Associates to collect and measure patient satisfaction feedback. For more than 30 years, Press Ganey’s mission has been to support health care providers in understanding and improving the entire patient experience. “Press Ganey collects patient feedback through phone, paper and email surveys. When you are an inpatient at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, a representative from Press Ganey will call you within the first two weeks after discharge,” said Cindy Gilman, RN, Director of Quality at CCMH. “This is an opportunity for you to share information about your stay, and we really appreciate all of your feedback. We encourage you to be open and honest during the survey process as we will use your feedback to improve the care we provide to you and your loved ones in the future.”
If you are a patient in the ER or for outpatient services, like lab or x-ray, you will receive a paper survey or an email survey. “Just like the phone surveys, we truly value your feedback and hope that you will take the time to complete the survey,” said Jeff Tindle, CEO, CCMH. “It is very important to us, and we thank you for sharing your experience with us.”
