CCMH Helps Area Residents by Offering Marketplace Health Insurance Enrollment Guidance

CARROLLTON, Mo. – Carroll County Memorial Hospital continues to serve the community by offering Marketplace Open Enrollment guidance.

CCMH has on staff Christy Bingham, certified application counselor and CCMH patient advocate, who has the ability to assist those who are under-insured or have no insurance at all to find a reasonable plan.

The marketplace is offering four different plans through Ambetter from Home State Health to fit the needs of those seeking insurance. The range of cost depends on several factors including income. The plans are available for area residents age 18-64.

These plans offer a variety of affordable healthcare coverage options to assist you in leading a healthy lifestyle.  

Open Enrollment for 2018 ends December 15, 2017.
