CARROLLTON, Mo. -- Carroll County Memorial Hospital is proud to introduce a new Primary Care Provider to our community.
Erin Finkeldei, FNP-BC, began seeing patients in late July. She currently sees patients in the Jefferson Medical Group clinic Monday through Thursday.
“I appreciate the opportunity to be diversified and I love the close knit community of CCMH,” Erin said. “I am most excited about taking care of families and being a part of the wonderful CCMH team.”
Erin is from Lee’s Summit and Warrensburg area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn.
Erin specializes in Family Medicine, Wound Care and Emergency Medicine. Her interests lie in pediatrics and women’s health.
“I enjoy working in the Wound Care Clinic,” Erin said. “It is a wonderful, growing clinic that is providing great healing outcomes for the people of our community. It is very rewarding to be a part of this.”
Erin works in the Wound Care Clinic on Fridays.
Erin and her husband, Corey, have been married for 14 years and have three children. As a family, they love to travel and attend Royals games.
“We are so happy that Erin has chosen Carroll County Memorial Hospital for her new practice,” Jeff Tindle, CCMH CEO, said. “The addition of a new provider ensures our patients receive the attention they need in a timely manner.”
