CCMH Recognizes Administrative Professionals
August 17, 2018

In celebration of recognizing their employees, Carroll County Memorial Hospital holds departmental appreciation weeks throughout the year. Employees are categorized into five groups, and are recognized during one of these five special weeks.
The third group celebrated was CCMH administration staff. Those included were Leadership Council, Business Offices, Receptionists, Patient Access Representatives, Billing, Health Information, Information Technology, Human Resources, Central Supply and Marketing. Their recognition took place August 6-10 with daily awards and treats.
“The Rewards and Standards Team, composed of 10 staff members from various departments and areas within CCMH, puts together these appreciation weeks for the CCMH staff,” said Blake Riley, PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist and team leader. “The team plans the week including staff gifts, education about various departments, and trash pickup through Missouri Adopt-A-Highway program. The highlights of the week include recognition awards for exemplary CCMH staff and charitable donations to local community groups.”
CCMH employees held a School Nurse Supplies drive in conjunction with the special week, where all staff were invited to participate. The collected items will assist children at Carrollton, Norborne, Hale, Bosworth, Tina-Avalon and Waverly schools with nurse programs that operate on limited budgets.
Throughout the week, decorative canvases were awarded to five staff members based on votes from fellow employees and CCMH’s values. Michael Schubach received Integrity, Devin Brown won Compassion, Alex Wader was honored with Always, Kris Kemble earned Respect, and Jake DeMint was awarded Excellence.
“I work closely with most members in this group and see their passion for the organization firsthand,” Jeff Tindle, CCMH CEO, said. “We are honored to take this time to recognize our administrative staff for an excellent job.”
The next group to be recognized is Support Services staff, which will take place in October.
