CCMH to Begin 'Journey to Excellence

The leadership at Carroll County Memorial Hospital recently announced to CCMH employees and Medical Staff that we are embarking on a “Journey to Excellence” (J2E). While on this journey, we will be partnering with the Studer Group, a nationally recognized customer service consulting firm, to improve the patient experience in our facility. 

We are currently working to provide details about how we will commit—as an institution—to improving our already high-quality of care to our patients and how we will concentrate on improving the experience for those providing the care. 

As we embrace our new mission - “We are dedicated to the health and well-being of all we serve” - we all understand the bottom line is that no matter what circumstance we find ourselves in at CCMH, it is ALWAYS about the patient. Every issue, situation, every “problem” can be resolved easily when we always put the patient first and make decisions around this simple but critically important concept.
