Dr. Frazier Joins CCMH Outpatient Specialty Clinic

CARROLLTON, Mo. – Carroll County Memorial Hospital is excited to announce that Dr. Andrew Frazier is joining the pain management provider team in the CCMH Outpatient Specialty Clinic, located on Level 1 of the CCMH Medical Plaza.

“We are so excited Dr. Frazier is joining our team at CCMH,” said Blake Riley, CCMH Chief Operations Officer. “The need for interventional pain management is great in our area and we are thankful to add Dr. Frazier to the pain management options at CCMH. Dr. Dennison Hamilton will continue to provide interventional pain management services. We think the ability to have two providers offering access to interventional pain management will greatly benefit our patients.”

Dr. Frazier will begin seeing patients at CCMH on August 3 and continue seeing them on a weekly bases. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medication. Dr. Frazier is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologist, American Society of Pain and Neuroscience and Sigma Sigma Phi, a national Osteopathic medicine honor society.

“My primary focus is restoring patient function and overall quality of life through the utilization of advanced fluoroscopic procedures, multi-modal analgesics and physical therapy,” Dr. Frazier said. “I also focus heavily on continued medical education and training in order to offer the newest technology and treatment options for my patients.”

Dr. Frazier earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He went on to complete an Anesthesiology Residency and a Chronic Pain Fellowship at the University of Kansas.

He provides patients with Spinal Cord Stimulation, Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation (DRG), Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD), Sacroiliac Joint Fusion, Kyphoplasty, Intrathecal Pain Pump, and Interspinous Spacer Implantation (Vertiflex).

In his spare time, he spends as much of it as he can with his wife and three children, who are constantly on the go. When possible, they love to go on lake adventures.
